Cobra King Speedzone Irons - Steel Shaft

A breakthrough in iron performance, the new Cobra Speedzone irons include a carbon fibre topline, pushing weight lower in the head for maximum speed and launch. This topline innovation is 40% lighter than steel and consequently saves 3 grams, moving the CG lower in the head to optimise iron performance. 

Speedback shaping keeps the iron stable at impact by adding extra toe and heel weight, limiting twisting at impact whilst also lowering the CG location within the head. A PWRSHELL face insert is forged with a larger thin pocket from heel to toe, and a deeper undercut to enhance ball speed and launch across the face. 

A Co-Mold Medallion damps vibrations for improved sound and feel from all strikes on the face and a progressive head construction changes the shape, grooves and hosel lengths from long irons to short irons - improving launch and spin throughout the set.
