What is The Clubhouse?
The Clubhouse is a Loyalty and Rewards program offered by GolfBox Pty Ltd. Members Earn Points that may be exchanged for dollar value Coupon Codes, Limited Edition Products and other promotions.
Clubhouse Membership is governed by terms and conditions that are accepted when you join.
How do I Join?
If you have an account with GolfBox because you’ve placed an order, then you’re already a member. If not, you can create an account without placing an Order.
I always Checkout as a Guest - am I a Member?
No. A Clubhouse Member must have joined by creating an account at Checkout and not place an Order as a Guest.
I’m a Member but sometimes I checkout as a Guest - do I earn Points?
Online, yes, as long as the email address you use when you place each Order is the one you joined with. If you’ve created an account and are a Member, the program is smart enough to recognise this and will automatically add the points to your Account.
In-store, you'll have to provide your email or phone number so Sales staff can add your purchase to your Account in our Point of Sale system.
Will my Order History as a Guest show up after I Join?
Your historical purchases as a guest will not appear when you Join. Only those made afterwards. Order history, and spend history may not be added to your Membership after you Join.
What can/can't I Redeem Points on?
You can redeem your points for discounts when you Place an Order, and provided you have enough Points to exchange.
The following goods and services cannot be redeemed for Points at Checkout:
- Gift Cards
- Lessons or Fittings
- Repairs
What are my Points worth?
- There are six dollar values you can redeem Points against:
- 800 Points for a $20 Coupon Code
- 1200 Points for a $30 Coupon Code
- 1600 Points for a $40 Coupon Code
- 2000 Points for a $50 Coupon Code
- 4000 Points for a $100 Coupon Code
- 8000 Points for a $200 Coupon Code
Points and discounts are subject to change at our discretion and without notice.
How do I Redeem Points?
- Log In to your Account.
- At Checkout, you'll see your Points Balance and a drop down menu with the Options available to you to Redeem them.
- If you're not logged in, you won't see your Points Balance.
- If you don't have enough Points, you may not be able to Redeem them for a Coupon Code and discount.
When you Agree and Redeem your Points, a Coupon Code is generated and applied to the Order.
When do Points Expire?
- Unused Points expire 6 months after the date those Points were earned.
- Automated emails are generated approximately 28 days prior to expiry; Member’s must not be subscribed to transactional emails in order to receive notification. GolfBox is not liable for any loss of Points or Tier due to the Member unsubsribing.
- GolfBox is not liable for internet service providers, mailbox providers or other software that blocks, creates and actions spam/junk filtering or redirects that do not bring the email to the attention of the Member.
- GolfBox recommends setting and regularly checking safe sender status of the @golfbox.com.au domain - noting this does not waiver any obligation to the Member.
- Expired, unused Points cannot be credited back to the Member or transferred to another.

A Membership is considered abandoned, retired, inactive and may be permanently removed or have Points balances reset after 12 months of inactivity.
- Changes to Account, Membership and Points Balances may occur without notice at any time on or after 12 months via manual or automated processes.
- GolfBox is not liable for the loss of Points to a Members Account subject to these conditions and processes.

- Accruing and not Redeeming Points 'Banking Points'
- Placing an Order
- Earning Points
- Email/SMS Subscription Status
- Engagement with Email and Website

- Coupon Codes generated close to Membership expiry will remain valid after an Account is made inactive subject to the Member recording it themselves. Account and Profile areas of the Site are not guaranteed to be available or contain details of Coupon Codes generated after the Membership expires.
What happens to my Points if I return something?
Once Points are converted into a Coupon Code, we are not able to refund and convert that Code back into points. You will be refunded the value of the item, less the discount that was applied to the item(s). This is unfortunately a limitation to the Clubhouse technology. We therefore suggest you choose carefully to avoid confusion when returning items.
Are there things I can’t earn Points on?
Yes, these goods and services are ineligible to Earn Points on:
- Gift Cards
- Delivery/Shipping
- Repairs/labour costs
- Lessons
- Custom Fitting
I shop Online and In-store - do I get Points for both?
Yes! As long as you are a Clubhouse Member and provide your email address to the Salesperson when you go to pay, your Points will be added to your Account.
You must provide this your email address at the date, time and point of sale to accrue Points. Points are not Earned or added retrospectively.
Can I Join In-Store?
Yes and no... our Sales team are unable to sign you up in the store using our computers - but if you have your phone with you it's as easy as going to the The Clubhouse and signing up there.
Can I Redeem Points without having to pay anything?
YES! If you have more Points than the Order Total.
I made a mistake - can I cancel a Coupon Code?
No. Once a Coupon Code has been generated, it cannot be cancelled or deleted. Points are deducted from your Clubhouse Account and cannot be refunded. The Coupon Code will expire 28 days after it is generated.
Can I stack a Coupon Code with a Gift Card code?
Yes. A Coupon Code is not a Gift Card Code.
Can I stack Rewards Coupon Codes?
No. Rwards Coupon Codes cannot to be stacked at the Checkout.
If you try adding more than one Coupon Code, the platform may randomly select a Code to discount the Order by.
It is unfortunately a limitation of the platform, and we are not able to specify an order way it should ideally assign a Code.
I think my Membership Tier is wrong, can you fix it?
Your Membership level at The Clubhouse is based on your Points Earned in a 6 month period. So if you’ve dropped a Tier, please check your Order history first. If something still looks wrong, email us at cs@golfbox.com.au and we will work with you to solve the issue.
Are there any other catches?
The Clubhouse is a reward to our customers for their loyalty to our store. We reserve the right to modify or cancel the program at any point in time at our sole discretion. Detailed Clubhouse Terms and Conditions available.
