eGift Cards can be redeemed In-Store and Online.
When will a eGift Card expire?
eGift Cards expire three (3) years from the date of issue, which is shown at the bottom of the eGift Card.
Can I add more value to a eGift Card?
No, eGift cards have a fixed value and cannot be topped up.
What happens the gift card isn't used?
Unused balances are forfeited once the eGift Card expires and may not be refunded, credited or exchanged.
Is there anything I can't use my eGift Card for?
eGift Cards cannot be used for repairs.
Can I buy another Gift Card with my eGift Card?
No, Physical or eGift Cards cannot be used to buy other Physical or eGift Cards.
Can I return or refund a eGift Card?
eGift Cards cannot be returned or refunded.
Can I return purchases made with my eGift Card?
Yes, the GolfBox Returns Policy applies to Orders and Items paid for in full or partially by eGift Cards.
How do I check my eGift Card balance?
Click the link at the bottom of the Gift Cards page and enter the code to view the balance.
Can I pay for a eGift Card using AfterPay?
Not yet, but we're working on it :-)
