Qi10 Performance Guarantee

For the first time ever, GolfBox is offering a Performance Guarantee for customers pre-ordering any of the three 2024 QI Drivers.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Coverage. The guarantee applies to the following Products:
    1. TaylorMade Qi10 Driver.
    2. TaylorMade Qi10 LS Driver.
    3. TaylorMade Qi10 Max Driver.
    4. TaylorMade Qi10 Max Driver - Womens.
    5. Left and Right Handed Products of the above.

  2. The Products covered above are further defined by the following conditions:
    1. The stock shaft is not removed and replaced with any substitute.
    2. The stock grip is not removed and replaced with any substitute.
    3. Any loft adjustment is carried out by a GolfBox staff member and the adjustment is noted by GolfBox on the Customer transaction record.

  3. Eligible Customer. To be considered an eligible customer, the following conditions must be met:
    1. First Name and Surname provided at Checkout.
    2. Phone number and email address provided at Checkout.

  4. Eligible Purchase:
    1. The Product must be ordered on Presale on or after Tuesday 9 January 2024 and before 11.59pm Thursday February 1, 2024.
    2. The Product must be returned on or before Friday March 1, 2024.
    3. Only 1 Product may be pre ordered per person. Any additional Product is not eligible for return.

  5. Eligible Returns
    1. Unless authorised by GolfBox, the Product must be returned by the person named above as the Eligible Customer.
    2. A Product ordered online may be returned by post or to a GolfBox Superstore.
    3. The postal return must be addressed to GolfBox Returns. 16 Sundew Rise Joondalup WA 6027
    4. The Product must be returned by post in the box supplied by GolfBox and packed in the same way it was packed by GolfBox.
    5. The box must be taped in such a way as to keep the Product secure and intact.
    6. The return must be sent with a Tracking ID and by the sender name and details per the definition of Eligible Customer.
    7. In the event of a return that is not delivered by the eligibility date, the tracking ID must be provided to GolfBox to be considered as eligible for return.
    8. A Product ordered In Store may only be returned In Store.
    9. A Product ordered In Store may be returned to any GolfBox Superstore and does not need to be the store where it was originally ordered.
    10. A Product returned In Store must be received by a GolfBox employee. It cannot be left at the door, at the counter or elsewhere.
    11. A returned product is not necessarily guaranteed as eligible for a refund until it is inspected, considered to be in working order by GolfBox and therefore accepted as returned.
    12. A refund, credit or exchange will not be issued until the Product is accepted as returned. This may not occur instantly for an In Store return and is at the discretion of the GolfBox team member receiving the Product.
    13. A Return will not be accepted for change of mind.
    14. The cost of the return will be paid by you the customer.

  6. Condition of Product.
    1. The Product must be returned in working order. A Product may not be considered in working order if:
      1. The head, sole or face has been dented, cracked, splintered or damaged in any way.
      2. The head is missing moveable weights, if applicable to the Model.
      3. The Product is returned without the supplied Head Cover.
      4. The Product is returned without the stock shaft and grip.
      5. The Product is returned and the shaft is broken, splintered or damaged in any way.
      6. The Product has been, is suspected of or appears to be modified in any way.
      7. The Product has been, is suspected of or appears to be used in a way that would cause damage regardless of the intent and regardless of whether or not the Product was damaged by the Customer or not.

  7. Refund Information
    1. Once accepted as returned, your refund will be processed.
    2. Unless otherwise specified, the refund will be processed via the same payment method.
    3. There may be a short delay of 4-5 business days before the refunds are processed by respective banks.
    4. Any Clubhouse Points accrued for the purchase will be deducted from your Points Balance.

  8. General
    1. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice at any time before, during or after the promotion.
    2. GolfBox reserves the right to refuse a return if it considers any unreasonable or unfair play with respect to the promotion.
