  1. Agreement to Rules: By entering this giveaway, you fully agree to the Terms and Conditions stated and warrant that you meet the eligibility criteria.

  2. PRIVACY AND SECURITY NOTE: GolfBox is aware of fake and scam Facebook Pages and Messenger accounts that claim to be GolfBox. You will not be contacted through Facebook Messenger or Instagram to claim the prize. The winner will not be notified before the announcement on our Facebook page. In some cases, we are aware of these fake accounts requesting information from you. The best thing you can do it report the account and delete the messages. GolfBox will never send you a friend request. GolfBox will NEVER ask you for bank account or credit card details. GolfBox will not ask you to complete any action on a webpage outside of www.golfbox.com.au.

  3. Sponsor: This giveaway is sponsored by GolfBox Pty Ltd and American Golf Supplies.

  4. Eligibility: Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees (and their immediate families) of GolfBox Pty Ltd, participating retailers, agencies and suppliers associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. In order to sign up for the giveaway, the full form must be completed on https://www.golfbox.com.au/ping-ds72-hovland-edition-putter-giveaway with terms and conditions accepted and have answered all the questions in the form. Filling out the sign up form more than once does not increase your chance of being selected as a winner. Winners will be drawn at random. You must have liked the GolfBox Facebook page or Instagram Page in order to be eligible. You do not need to make a purchase to sign up. A purchase does not increase the chances of being selected.

  5. Entry Period: This competition will run from 10am AWST Tuesday, 20th August 2024 and will end on Monday 2nd September 2024 at 11.59pm AWST. Entries submitted after 11.59pm AWST on Monday 2nd September 2024 will not be eligible to win.

  6. How to Enter: The giveaway must be entered by submitting a completed form on https://www.golfbox.com.au/ping-ds72-hovland-edition-putter-giveaway. The entry must fulfil all requirements of the giveaway as specified, in order to be eligible. By entering your email address on the form, you agree you are the lawful owner of the email address. You must not enter more than once with multiple different emails. If using fraudulent methods to enter this giveaway, you may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the sponsors.

  7. Prizes: There are three (3) prizes to be won. Each (1) winner will receive a Limited Edition PING DS72 Hovland Edition Putter. The prize is non-transferable and no cash or substitutions are permitted. No credit or cash will be given for the return of the prize.

  8. Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be randomly selected and published on the GolfBox Facebook page, and the GolfBox Instagram page. The winner will be required to claim their prize by contacting GolfBox. Claiming of the prize requires the confirmation of delivery address, email address and full name. The winner will have 28 days to claim their prize. In the event of an unclaimed prize no redraw will occur.

  9. By entering this competition you are agreeing to share your details with GolfBox Pty Ltd and American Golf Supplies to be used for marketing and promotional purposes. You will be subscribed as consenting to receive marketing and promotional materials from GolfBox Pty Ltd. Your entry overrides any existing consent status. GolfBox Pty Ltd is not liable for the submission of any email addresses not lawfully owned by the applicant as an entry.
