Promo Codes, Coupon Codes, Clubhouse Rewards Codes and other promotional codes - excluding Gift Card Codes
A limit of one Code per transaction applies when you go to Checkout. This unfortunately means it is not possible to stack Codes - including Clubhouse Rewards for additional discounts.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. GolfBox reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. Orders not passing our fraud avoidance measures will be rejected and refunded in full.
Order cut-off times
Orders placed before 3:00PM Mon-Fri AEDST are usually shipped on the same day providing the required stock is available. When your order ships you will receive an email outlining how to track your package
Multiple Product Orders
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. However in some instances your order will need to be shipped from multiple warehouses. You will be notified by email if your order is split shipped. You will also be notified if we are out of stock of a product and it needs to be ordered in.
Returns for Orders with Promotional Discounts
Promotional discount offers will be honoured when exchanging size, but in the case your size request is unavailable or a refund is requested promotional offers will not be extended to your new order. Any free promotional items must be returned along with your order if you will no longer meet the terms of the offer.
Out-of-Stock Products
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 3:00PM AEDST, or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. At our discretion, we may upgrade you to a replacement product of equal or higher value. You may cancel or amend your order at any time prior to shipping.
Restocking Fee
Should you return an item without its original tags or the packaging is defaced you may be charged a restocking fee of 20% of the item value.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, GolfBox shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. GolfBox shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price

The Clubhouse Terms & Conditions
- Join The Clubhouse and accumulate Points in your Account. Membership is free.
- Earn Points each time you shop, or complete other activities.

Redeem Points for discounts on your order, promotional products, limited edition items and other offers.
- Birdie: Free to join and earns 1 Point for every $1 spent.
- Eagle: When you’ve reached 2000 Points. Earns 1.25 Points for every $1 spent.

Albatross: When you’ve reached 5000 Points. Earns 1.5 Points for every $1 spent.
- Points are not cash or any equivalent currency, and redeeming them is not the same as redeeming them or exchanging them for cash or currency.
- Points are redeemed for discounts in the form of a Coupon Code, of a dollar value.
- There are six dollar values you can redeem Points against:
- 200 Points for a $5 Coupon Code
- 400 Points for a $10 Coupon Code
- 800 Points for a $20 Coupon Code
- 1200 Points for a $30 Coupon Code
- 1600 Points for a $40 Coupon Code
- 2000 Points for a $50 Coupon Code
- At the checkout, choose the number of Points you want to redeem using the drop down options as listed above.
- A Coupon Code is generated and will appear in the Coupon Code/Gift Card field.
- Once generated, the Coupon Code can be used for up to 28 days after which it expires, and may not be re-issued.
- Points adjustments, credits or discounts cannot be issued for expired Coupon Codes.
- Unused Points expire 6 months after they were earned.
- Automated emails are generated approximately 28 days prior to expiry; Member’s must not have unsubscribed to these transactional emails in order to receive them.
- GolfBox is not liable for internet service providers, mailbox providers or other software that blocks, creates and actions spam/junk filtering or redirects that do not bring the email to the attention of the Member.
- GolfBox recommends setting and regularly checking safe sender status of the @golfbox.com.au domain - noting this does not waiver any obligation to the Member
- Expired, unused Points cannot be credited back to the Member or transferred to another.

A Membership is considered abandoned, retired, inactive and may be permanently removed from The Clubhouse after 3 years of inactivity.

The GolfBox loyalty and rewards program ("The Clubhouse" or the "Program") is a tiered loyalty and rewards program offered at the sole discretion of GolfBox Pty Ltd (“we”, “our” or “us”). No purchase, payment or credit card is required to sign up for, join and/or participate in the Birdie tier of the program. Membership is automatically established when you place an order on the website, or you create an account without making a purchase. You are not opted in to any marketing or promotions list by joining The Clubhouse; however you will receive Transactional emails informing you of key events linked to your Membership such as Points Expiry, Tiers Earned that do not constitute Marketing or Advertising. You may still opt out of receiving Transactional emails, however in doing so you accept that communication of important account events and details will cease.

The program is available to individuals for their personal use and is limited to one (1) account per individual.

The following cohorts are ineligible to participate and may have their Membership and Account information suspended or cancelled at any time without notice:
- GolfBox employees.
- Pro shops, clubhouses, social clubs and people identified as acting on behalf of groups of people.
- Wholesalers, distributors or other suppliers whether authorised or not, and individuals identified as acting on their behalf.
- Accounts identified as gaming the system, improperly representing themselves or the account in attempting to benefit by way of fraud or deceit.

By joining The Clubhouse, you agree that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by The Clubhouse Terms of Use (“Terms”) and by any changes or modifications we may make hereto as well as all other terms of use and policies incorporated.
- We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time in our discretion without prior notice to you. You should review these Terms and the related FAQs frequently to understand the terms and conditions of the Program as they may change from time to time. When we make revisions or modifications to the Terms or related FAQs, they will be posted on the website at golfbox.com.au and are effective immediately upon posting and will supersede all prior versions of these Terms and/or related FAQs. These Terms do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement that you may have with us, including any agreement for products or services.

By enrolling in the Program, you also agree to be bound by our website Privacy Policy and website Terms of Use, which are incorporated herein by reference. Your continued participation in the Program after the posting of any revisions to its Terms and/or related FAQs shall confirm your acceptance of and agreement to be bound by the modified Terms and/or related FAQs, therefore you should periodically review them to be aware of any changes. If you do not agree to these Terms, our website Privacy Policy and our website Terms of Use, you cannot participate in the Program.
- You join The Clubhouse online at golfbox.com.au/clubhouse. A person visiting a GolfBox Superstore will be directed to complete their registration online and on their own device to protect that member's privacy as best as possible.
- There is no requirement to make any payment or purchase or to provide any credit card information to sign up to The Clubhouse or to enrol in the Basic Tier of the rewards program.
- You may be required to provide any or all of the following information when joining: your first and last name, valid email address, telephone number, postal and billing addresses. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for keeping it up-to-date as may be required.
- Personal information may only be updated by you via your profile. GolfBox staff are not able to access your account information at checkout and are instructed to direct a Member to self-serve wherever possible so as to minimise the possibility of a Member’s privacy being compromised.
- Only one Program account may be associated with a single email address. In the event of a dispute over the ownership of a Program account membership, the Program member will be deemed to be the authorised account holder of the email address submitted at the time of Program enrolment. "Authorised account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or organisation (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Enrolling or attempting to enrol in the Program multiple times through the use of multiple email addresses is prohibited and any such action will be cause for termination of your participation in the Program.

Enrolment and participation in the program is voluntary, optional and not required to complete any transaction or sale, including but not limited to, any credit or debit transaction. You can opt out of membership at any time by notifying us in writing and by providing us with identification to verify you are the account holder. You can opt in and out of communications regarding your membership but retain your membership by unsubscribing to The Clubhouse emails.

The Program allows you to earn rewards based on qualifying purchases and by completing certain actions. Once you earn rewards you may be eligible to redeem rewards for certain benefits. Which benefits and rewards may change from time to time and may be offered on a limited basis.

Some purchases made in-store at GolfBox and online at www.golfbox.com.au are ineligible for earning rewards in the Program. Ineligible purchases include but are not limited to gift card purchases, shipping and handling charges, repairs and labour charges.

To earn rewards for a Qualifying Purchase made in-store, prior to completion of the sales transaction, you will be required to notify the salesperson of your Clubhouse email address, or the phone number attached to the account. If you are not a Member, you will be directed to sign-up on your own device prior to the salesperson completing the sale at checkout.

You may not defer the provision of this information and earn points on purchases made prior to submission of this information. Rewards points are not applied retrospectively and you are responsible for ensuring the sale is recorded against your account.

To earn rewards for a Qualifying Purchase made online, you must have an active Membership and ideally check out, or be logged in with your Clubhouse membership email address and not check out as a Guest. Points are not accrued when Members check out as guests unless they have a Clubhouse account. Rewards will not be applied retrospectively for orders that have been completed prior to the provision of this information. Program rewards have no cash value, cannot be sold and are non-transferable.

Program accounts, rewards or benefits cannot be transferred to, shared or combined with any other person or Program member.

Only the Program member that is paying for the Qualifying Purchase may accumulate rewards and benefits and only the Program member may redeem rewards that have accumulated in that member's account.

The sale, barter, transfer or assignment of any reward or benefit offered through the Program, other than by us, is expressly prohibited and will be cause for termination of your Membership, and any rewards or benefits offered by us under the Program are subject to change at any time in our sole discretion, without prior notice.

Returns and Refunds

If you return an item from a Qualifying Purchase for a refund to your original method of payment, you will be deducted the points earned from that purchase.

In the case of a multi item purchase resulting in a partial return, you will be deducted the points earned from that item, or those items.

If your accrual in points results in a movement up a membership tier, and the refund of an order or items and the corresponding deduction in points moves you down, your membership tier will be adjusted accordingly.

Rewards available through the Program are for personal use only and may not be sold or resold.

We reserve the right, without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any reward available through the Program at any time, in our sole discretion. We also reserve the right, without notice, to change Program benefits and ways in which rewards may be earned or redeemed at any time, in our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to place limitations on the number of Qualifying Purchases that are eligible for the Program and/or the number or types of rewards that you may receive or earn during any given period of time or for the duration of the Program and/or any combination thereof. Reward points cannot be refunded or credited back to a Clubhouse Account once a Coupon Code is generated, and the corresponding number of Points deducted from the Account.Please check your actions accordingly.

We are not responsible for rewards that may be lost or redeemed as the result of any fraudulent activity.

We reserve the right to determine the rewards in any Clubhouse member's account based upon our internal records related to such member's account. A member's rewards shall be deemed correct and accurate as reflected in our records and our good faith determination of the amount of rewards available to any member shall be final and binding.

Enrolling in the Program will result in your email address being used to send only important Membership, Account and Program information from GolfBox - herein referred to as Transactional Emails. Enrolling in the Program does not subscribe to receive marketing emails from GolfBox.

From time-to-time, Clubhouse Members may be offered exclusive offers that non-Members are not entitled to. These are not transactional emails and require you to consent to receive marketing material from us. You can do this by logging in to your profile and completing the Consent to Marketing action.

You may opt-out of receiving marketing emails from GolfBox and The Clubhouse at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in the email to manage your preferences. You may choose to receive only Program-related communications. Examples of these communications include emails relating to your Program account, rewards redemption or other Program service-related emails.

You represent and warrant that you are the subscriber and/or the regular user of the email address and telephone number that you provided to us.

You agree that you shall indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claim or liability resulting from your failure to notify us of a change in the information you have provided or from your provision of an email address or telephone number for which you are neither the subscriber or user, including any claim or liability under any State or Federal Act, Law, Policy, Procedure or any Regulation promulgated thereunder resulting from us attempting to contact you.

You acknowledge and agree to not send any prohibited content over any platform.

Prohibited content includes and is not limited to:

Fraudulent, libellous, defamatory, scandalous, threatening, harassing, or stalking activity.

Objectionable content including but not limited to profanity, obscenity, lasciviousness, violence, bigotry, hatred, and discrimination on the basis of race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age

Pirated computer programs, viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other harmful code.

Products, services, or promotions that are unlawful where such product, service, or promotion thereof is received.

GolfBox will take prompt action in alerting relevant authorities and agencies where it reasonably suspects a person to have committed, or be in the process of committing a crime or questionable action when and as it relates to Membership.

We value and respect your privacy. The personal information that we collect from you in connection with the Program is subject to our Privacy Policy and will be used and disclosed by us for the purpose of administration of the Program, providing you with any rewards or benefits that you redeem under the Program, marketing in connection with the Program, other marketing communications that you have opted in to receive and as otherwise permitted by our Privacy Policy.

The Program and its benefits are offered at the sole discretion of GolfBox Pty Ltd. We may terminate, cancel, modify or restrict these Terms and/or the Program or any aspect of it at any time, in our sole discretion and without prior notice to you, even if any such actions by us may affect the value of rewards or benefits already accumulated or earned and/or the ability to redeem earned rewards that had already accumulated.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate any member from the Program for any reason, including but not limited to noncompliance with these Terms and Conditions, golfbox.com.au Terms of Use, any suspected abuse of the Program, illegal activity, fraud or other conduct that we may deem to be inconsistent with the above.

If your membership is cancelled by you or terminated by us, you will lose all accrued rewards or benefits in your Clubhouse account at the time of such cancellation or termination.
